DoJob AI assigns each workstream an owner, a cadence, and a live status signal. Workstreams can have sub-tasks but are counted at the top-level initiative.

Yes. DoJob AI is framework-agnostic. You can feed it existing OKRs, strategy documents, balanced scorecards, or any structured planning format. The platform extracts the strategic intents and maps them to workstreams — it does not require you to reformat your existing plans or abandon your current goal-setting methodology.

Important: DoJob AI is not an OKR platform and is not designed to replace one. If you use Lattice, Quantive, Perdoo, or a similar goal-tracking tool, DoJob AI sits downstream of those — turning your OKRs into the execution infrastructure that actually delivers them.

Strategy data is stored in encrypted EU-based infrastructure and is never used to train shared models. Enterprise customers have the option of single-tenant deployment. We are GDPR-compliant by design, as we are a Portuguese company operating under EU law. Data retention, deletion, and export rights are fully supported.

Most teams are live with their first workstream map within 3-5 business days. The initial strategy upload and AI decomposition takes under an hour. Owner assignment and milestone setting is typically done in a half-day workshop. We provide an onboarding session with the Growth plan and a dedicated CSM for Enterprise.

No. DoJob AI does not manage tasks, assign tickets, or replace tools like Jira, Monday, or Asana. Those tools manage work at the team level — bottom-up. DoJob AI operates at the strategy level — top-down. It decomposes your board-approved objectives into accountable workstreams and monitors whether execution is tracking to plan. The two layers complement each other; DoJob AI reads signals from your project management tools to inform the leadership view.

You'll receive an alert well before reaching your limit. You can archive completed workstreams (they don't count against the limit) or upgrade your plan. We don't automatically charge for overages — you stay in control of your usage. Temporary spikes during annual planning cycles can be accommodated on request.
